The Granary is a lovely former granary, located on a working farm on the Isle of Arran and boasts stunning views over the sea and beyond to the lonely isle of Ailsa Craig. On wet weather days these amazing views can still be enjoyed from the large, bright yet cosy conservatory. The sumptuous scenic delights can also be experienced from the delightful window of the master bedroom where guests can unwind watching the ever changing light across the water. From the cottage a farm track leads to a sandy and secluded beach, which was featured in the film ’ The Governess’ starring Minnie Driver.
