The first floor apartment with views into the tree tops and clear skies sleeps four or six. The open-plan living area has a large dining table, comfortable seating and well-appointed kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and TV. The separate shower room has a large walk-in shower and twin sinks. The twin bedroom (beds can be linked into a double) has two further beds that can comfortably fit into the room if required (please contact us to discuss). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double ended bath and separate walk-in shower.
There are hairdryers in every bedroom and a sewing kit in the master bedroom. There is a clean iron and ironing board in the property as well as a travel cot, high chair and stair gate. A bassinet for a baby or high-sided cot for an older child are available on request.
The property is extremely comfortable to stay in, always warm and light, thanks to double glazing, under floor heating, heated towel rails in the all the bathrooms and a pressurised water system for a good shower. The loft enjoys FreeSat TV, a full Sky package, and wi-fi broadband connection. There is parking at the front of the property which is in the drive of Kingham Lodge. Guests have access to the heated indoor pool and traditional Turkish hammam and 5-acre garden that are enjoyed by all Kingham Cottages guests.
