Foldyard has a kitchen diner with a fully fitted kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and microwave) and dining table. The sitting room is lovely and light with two windows, beams and oak flooring. A large colourful rug and soft Multiyork sofas add colour to the room, the cottage is heated by eco-friendly underfloor heating and there is a feature wood burner.
Superking master bedroom (can be a twin at extra charge), the second twin room can also be converted to an extra king. A flexibile cottage ideal for a family, four friends or two couples. Room for a travel cot in the master bedroom. Wetrooms with level access shower fully tiled with travertine, baby bath available in this cottage.
Foldyard cottage can be linked to the Barn House to create the High Barn 6 bedroom cottage for groups of up to 12. The cottages connect with two doors in the kitchens - when not open both these doors are securely locked and sound insulation is used in the space between the doors.
Outside the cottage has a lovely large garden with patio, lawn and planting. Parking for 2 cars.
