Situated in the heart of Snowdonia, this former coach house has been lovingly renovated to a high standard. The Caretaker's Cottage is located on a lovely Snowdonia country house estate. Set within 14 acres of its own grounds, it has parkland and a Victorian kitchen garden. The cottage is situated close to the main house which is home to an art gallery, coffee shop and wine bar. This cottage is ideal for four, but can sleep up to six people with the sofa bed being able to accommodate a further 2 people.

Caretaker's Cottage is only 2 miles from Betws-Y-Coed (the heart of the National Park). Close to some breathtaking mountain walks and miles of gorgeous beaches, it is the perfect retreat for a family or two couples. Another beautiful place worth visiting is Beddgelert - a picture postcard riverside village - or you can head to the coast to the UNESCO world heritage site of Conwy and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. Neighbouring towns offer so much in terms of things to do and places to eat, but if you fancy just a short stroll to get some lunch or have a drink then the restaurant and wine bar at the country house is perfect.

Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Both have double beds. With prior notice it is possible to convert the sofa bed into a double making the house able to accommodate 6.

Bathrooms:One ground floor bathroom with loo, sink, bath and separate shower

Kitchen:A well equipped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, induction hob, fridge, microwave and open plan dining area

Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, CD player and log burner

Dining:The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and there is seating and space for all guests

Garden: 14 acres of parkland and woodland to explore.

Heating:Caretaker's Cottage is heated by electric heating and a log burner in the sitting room

Parking:There is plenty of parking

Changeover Days: Friday and Monday
