King Line Cottages, English Tourist Board 4 star rating (Kates Lodge 3 star) consists of six holiday homes, overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Bure. Five of the Six cottages have been awarded an English Tourist Board accessibility rating making this one of the largest groups of holiday homes on the Norfolk Broads to integrate wheel chair users, disabled and elderly holiday makers with the able bodied.

King Line Cottages offers accessible self catering accommodation for all, whether you are a keen fisherman, bird watcher,nature lover or just in need of a relaxing break. .

The Norfolk Broads is one of the most picturesque parts of England and offers perfect tranquility and beauty for all our holiday makers.

King Line Cottages can be found in the pretty village of Horning (see map) between Norwich (11 miles) and Gt. Yarmouth on the Norfolk coast (17 miles). Our wheel chair accessible day boats also run from this site.
