At Bridge Farm, in a designated area of rural tranquillity, four miles from the small hilltop town of Chumleigh, Kingfisher and Round Robin enjoy magnificent views over rolling hills and the Taw Valley. Privately situated a short walk from the owners own home and skilfully converted from a detached listed barn, original features have been restored and enhanced to provide stylish and individual holiday retreats. With many walks through fields and woodland leading directly from the doorstep, and with less than an hour's drive to the Stunning North Devon Coastline, Bridge Farm offers something for everyone.
This wonderfully spacious and uniquely shaped semi detached barn conversion is a real find, offering a great deal of original character combined with contemporary styling. The large open plan living room with dining and kitchen area has an impressive vaulted ceiling with roof windows and attractive stone walling. Comfy sofas surround a wood burning stove ideal for cooler evenings to complement the cosy under floor heating. The attractive spacious kitchen area is extremely well equipped and is separated from the living / dining area by a slate tiled floor. A few steps lead up to the stylish bedrooms. The double room has high sloping ceilings with original oak beam and has a contemporary ensuite bathroom. Two twin rooms complete the picture, one having an ensuite bathroom and the second, uniquely shaped with curved stone walling, is served by a separate and spacious shower room. Lovely views can be enjoyed from all windows and a private patio area offers a perfect spot to enjoy barbecues or just a relaxing drink after a busy day exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Seven steps up to Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite bathroom with bath with shower attachment over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin with ensuite bathroom with shower attachment over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 3 with Twin. Shower room with WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. Individually controlled under floor heating. Complimentary basket of logs. 3 pets welcome. Dog baskets, blankets, bowls and doggy treats included! No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. No smoking. Ample parking space. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
