Tucked away in a charming narrow street within a short stroll of the bustling Quay, decked with flowers in high summer, Birds Cottage is a delightful home in this "Little White Fishing Village". The bright and welcoming living room features an impressive stone fireplace with wood burning stove, ideal for cosy evenings at any time of the year. A separate dining room also features an attractive brick and stone fireplace and a butler sink in the kitchen adds to the character. Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms, the double having an iron bedstead and one of the single rooms also having a pull out bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. All are all served by a separate modern bathroom. Why not stroll down to the quay for a scenic boat trip or trying your hand at crabbing or fishing from the water's edge. Just across the river the popular village of Instow, with its safe sandy beach and array of yachts and sailing craft is well worth a visit or for fabulous surfing waves Westward Ho! is just a five minute drive away.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Single plus a pull out bed. Bedroom 3 with Single. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
