This completely renovated former barn is part of a unique development on the site of Moss Brow Farm. It is situated in an elevated position halfway between Whitby and Sandsend. It has views of the sea from the garden and is within walking distance of the golf course and the beach.

The cottage is furnished and decorated to the highest standards with programmable lighting, flagstone floors throughout and under floor heating. Entrance. Spacious lounge with high ceiling and wooden beams, open plan kitchen and dining area. French doors open onto the patio and enclosed garden. Master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and an en suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin and heated towel rail. A second bedroom with a double bed and a cot, wardrobe and chest of drawers A separate shower room with shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. As all accommodation is on the ground floor this property is suitable for people with mobility problems.

Refrigerator, freezer, gas hob with electric oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD player, radio/CD player. Under floor heating.
