This semi-detached house is set opposite Peasholm Park with great views of the waterfall and lake, only a five minutes walk from the sea. It is decorated and furnished to a good standard and is a perfect 'family house' base from which to explore Scarborough and the surrounding countryside.

Accommodation: Entrance porch, spacious entrance hallway leading to a comfortable sitting room with large bay window overlooking the park. There is a second lounge with 'pebble-effect' gas fire and dining area with a patio door leading to an enclosed rear yard and the private parking spaces. Well-equipped, spacious light and airy kitchen. Off the kitchen is a good-sized utility room, a separate downstairs toilet and a small study. On the first floor there are four bedrooms. On the front of the house there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin and built-in wardrobes and smaller bedroom with bunk beds. Both have views of the park. At the back of the house are two more bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin and built-in wardrobes and a bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath and toilet. On the top floor are two more bedrooms, both with a single bed one of which has an en-suite toilet and washbasin.

Services:  Large Fridge/freezer, gas hob with separate electric grill/oven and extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Colour TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD-player. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and high chair are provided. Pets are welcome but not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. No smoking in the house. Private car parking space for two/three cars. Enclosed sitting out area at the back.
