This lovely semi-detached house enjoys a superb position with fabulous sea cliff views and a large enclosed garden, in the idyllic coastal village of Runswick Bay. With a gorgeous beach, spectacular cliff walks,  (the Cleveland Way is only yards from your doorstep) and excellent local inns, this is a wonderful family seaside holiday.

Accommodation: entrance porch leads to a spacious entrance hall. Large lounge/dining room with log-burning stove and dining table seating up to eight people. Well-equipped kitchen and downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor there is a landing with access to three bedrooms and the family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed at the front of the house which has wonderful views to the sea and cliffs. There is a bedroom with twin beds and it is possible to have another single bed in this room. There is also a single bedroom.

Services: larder fridge with separate small freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and washing machine. Colour TV with DVD and video. Radio/CD player. Oil fired central heating. A cot and high chair available upon request. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Beautifully kept front and rear gardens with barbeque and garden furniture. Gated drive with block paving gives parking for up to four cars. Non-smokers only. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is conveniently situated for the Middlesbrough - Whitby - Scarborough bus route.
