Holmedale, Robin Hoods Bay

North Yorkshire. Sleeps up to 6

A charming 17th century three bedroomed cottage situated in the heart of the old village of Robin Hood's Bay in one of its prettiest ginnels. The cottage has been renovated and refurbished to a very good standard and still retains some original features such as a traditional range in the kitchen, fireplaces and wooden floorboards. It is close to shops and cafes and only few minutes walk to the beach.

Accommodation: entrance into a spacious lounge with a wood burning stove. There is a separate bar area with some kitchen units. Fairly steep stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a colour TV. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. Another flight of fairly steep stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a colour TV. There is another smaller bedroom with full-sized bunk beds and slim wardrobe.
Across the path from the cottage there is a quaint outhouse which houses A fully fitted kitchen with an old range and a dining table seating four. Although the cottage can sleep six (four adults and two children), we feel it is more suitable for no more than 4-5 adults.

Services:  refrigerator with ice box, cooker with electric hob and oven, washing machine, microwave. Flat screen TV with FreeSat and DVD in the lounge, two colour TVs one in each of the double bedrooms. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. There is patio with table and chairs and lovely views.
