Horsmonden village has a good selection of shops including a general store, Post Office, hairdressers, two pubs and also hosts the Gipsy Fair on the second Sunday of September each year. The central location is brilliant too for exploring right across Kent and Sussex - Royal Tunbridge Wells is only a few miles and the wealth of National Trust properties and Gardens in the regions are easily reached.

Ground Floor:
Open Plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen with underfloor heating beneath the tiles and stunning vaulted ceiling and glass minstrel gallery. There are two three seater sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table in the Sitting Room area with large wall mounted flat screen TV with Free Sat, a DVD player and a well stocked bookcase. The glass and leather dining table and six chairs are elegant yet practical and are located by the doors looking out over the patio and the wonderful views. The Kitchen Area has everything you could want - a Bosch electric oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, built-in appliances including a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. A wide selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils are also provided
Bedroom 1 lies off the kitchen area and is carpeted, has a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table and stool. Door to side garden and also to En-suite Bathroom with tiled floor, hand held shower over the bath, heated towel rail, large mirrored cabinet, washbasin and w.c. May also be accessed from the main Sitting Room

Notes: Passes for fly fishing available - charge applies. The property is located on a working farm and greyhound training yard so not really suitable for babies or toddlers. (There is some noise at feeding times but generally quiet. Also - the owners have 5 very friendly dogs who love to say hello!!).
