With its lovely sandy beach and traditional seaside atmosphere, Sea Palling is a perfect location for a coastal holiday. On a summer's day you may like a swim in the sea, a cycle ride through the country lanes, a boat trip on the nearby Broads or a visit to one of the many attractions close by. In winter what better than an invigorating walk along the beach followed by a warming drink inside your cosy cottage. The village has a shop, post office and two pubs.

Old Cottage is a very pretty thatched cottage situated in the middle of the coastal village of Sea Palling on a quiet no-through road and within easy walking distance of the beach. It has adaptable family accommodation and is quite unique. An enclosed spacious garden makes it ideal for families. Shop/Pub: 200 yards

Bedroom 3 with four single beds - this is an eaves bedroom so there are sloping ceilings to the side
Bedroom 4/Children's Sitting Room with sofa bed - please state on booking if this is required, bean bags, TV and DVD player

Garden: The garden is enclosed, spacious and mainly laid to lawn with a patio area. Garden furniture and gas barbecue.
Parking: For two cars.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Extras: Towels are available for hire at £3.00 per person per week, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Fixed stairgate. One basket of logs for the woodburner, books, games, toys, highchair and baby monitor.
Pets: Two dogs welcome, but please do not allow in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Additional pets by arrangement.
Notes: The stairs for Bedroom 3 and the Children's Sitting Room are quite steep and narrow, in keeping with a cottage of this age. Bedroom 3 is accessed via bedroom 4 with a curtain providing privacy.

Special Offers: There is a reduction for up to four people in Price Band A £303, Price Band B £392 for 7 nights and £229 in A Band and £293 in B Band for 3 nights in ground floor bedrooms only. For 2012: Price Band A £313, Price Band B £404 for 7 nights and £236 in A Band and £302 in B Band for 3 nights in ground floor bedrooms only.
