Keeper’s Cottage, a former shooting lodge located in High Grains’ farmstead, has been thoughtfully restored and can comfortably accommodate four adults and two children. Access is via a well-maintained, two-mile-long, unsurfaced lane. With your own conservatory, garden and sheltered decking area you can enjoy spectacular views to Scotland and the Lakeland fells. Keeper’s Cottage is an ideal base from which to explore Hadrian’s Wall, the Lakes, and the Scottish Borders, or the perfect spot to simply relax and enjoy the clear Atlantic air.
Whether it's climbing in the Lake District or a quiet ramble in the Yorkshire Dales the North of England boasts some fabulous countryside and coasts, as well as historically fascinating places like York, Durham and Harrogate, and of course Hadrian's Wall. Stunning castles and great pubs too.
