The spacious living area benefits from beautiful windows flooding the room with light, and view towards Edinburgh Castle and Grassmarket and is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day.
Impeccably decorated throughout - the sleek kitchen features an instant hot water tap and everything you need to cater during your stay. There are 2 stunning bedrooms and a luxurious shower room featuring Scottish products.
Please note that due to the access and stairs to this property, it is not infant friendly and is suitable for older children only.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in the lively Grassmarket area of Edinburgh with a cool and friendly laid back feel to the cafes, restaurants and bars.
In the warmer months, there is an incredible atmosphere here with outdoor seating and regular markets in the Grassmarket where you can enjoy street food and live music in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle.
Don't miss "The Vennel Steps" for one of the best views/photo opportunities in town.
Getting Around:
We recommend leaving the car at home and either walk, taxi or downloading the Lothian buses app. Our buses now take contactless payments. This apartment is around a 10 minute walk to Waverley Train Station.
Other Things to Note:
Please be warned that there is a boiling water tap in the kitchen and to be careful while operating!
