It was part of the vast George Heriot Estate, the fantastic West End. Part of the New Town UNESCO World Heritage site, Conservation Area and a Grade B Listed building!

Bags of history and character which makes it so special. It is the same George Heriot who established George Heriot’s School, the apparent inspiration for Hogwarts!

- Booking Requirements -
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This large ground consists of two large areas with a children’s Play Area. The private gardens first opened in 1877 and were part of the planning of Edinburgh New Town. The grounds are shared with other residence.

This apartment is located in Haymarket, a neighborhood in Edinburgh. Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile are notable landmarks and Edinburgh Zoo is a popular area attraction. Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and Royal Botanic Garden are also worth visiting.
