Conveniently located close to Junction 27 off the M4 and key landmarks in the Newport area such as the Royal Gwent and St Woolos Hospitals, National Trust Tredegar House, Newport City Centre.

The Space:
The sleeping arrangements at the house are very flexible, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people in the following bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - can sleep up to 2 people in a double bed
Bedroom 2 - can sleep up to 2 people in twin beds
Bedroom 3 - can sleep 1 person in a single bed

Wardrobes and chests of drawers are provided in the double bedrooms and a bedside cabinet and a shelf for storage of items is provided in the single room.

We have thought about your needs as a guest when putting the house together. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you need to cook and serve a meal, tea, coffee and sugar, we provide an iron and ironing board, there's a TV, WIFI, home touches in all of the rooms and full bed linen and towels are provided for you stay as well as a hairdryer, so all you need to bring is your luggage, food and supplies.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the whole place to themselves - 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, there's also a back garden with a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy during your stay.

Street parking is available outside the property.

Whether you are staying for work or leisure the house is ideally situated in a residential area.

Gaer Park Avenue is in a great location to access the following:
Junction 27 of the M4 - 3 minutes
The Mansion House Registry office - 3 minutes
Royal Gwent Hospital - 4 minute drive

Bristol is 40min drive
Cardiff is 25min drive

Further West you can access Swansea, The Gower and Pembrokeshire so we have great access to South Wales.

Getting Around:
Access to the M4 is easy, Newport Railway Station is 5 minutes drive and the 2A and 2C local buses go from nearby Bassaleg Road to The Royal Gwent Hospital and St Woolos Hospital. You can change at Newport Central Bus Terminal for other local services.

Other Things to Note:
We have provided a few board games and a pack of cards for you to enjoy in the lounge - Trivial Pursuit and Scrabble and there are a few games and puzzles for children.

We can provide a high chair and travel cot for use with small children.

Your hosts for the property are Sarah, Hazel and Wayne and we run Igloo Property and would like to welcome you to stay, we are not located at the property but are available should you need to contact us during your stay in an emergency, otherwise please contact us via the messages or call us.
