Rexton House is an attractive and spacious property enjoying a quiet location in the beautiful seaside town of Llantwit Major. The property features an open-plan living space incorporating the kitchen, dining room and a relaxed seating area. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need for rustling up a delicious family meal, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or taken outside and eaten al-fresco in the pretty courtyard garden. The seating area has two club armchairs providing the perfect place to sit and read. Also on the ground floor is a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and television. Upstairs, bedroom one has a king-size bed and bedroom two has twin single beds which can be configured as a super-king size bed on request. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. Outside, the fully enclosed courtyard garden includes a useful outdoor food preparation area and comfortable garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors.

There are several beaches nearby with Llantwit Major beach being just over a mile from Rexton House – a quick drive away or a lovely cross-country walk. Rexton House is 40 minutes drive from Cardiff, the vibrant capital of Wales, with retail opportunities, museums, art venues and restaurants, as well as attractions including Cardiff Castle, Bute Park and the Principality Stadium.
