As you enter the property from the raised wooden terrace, you are presented with an open plan layout comprising of a well-presented kitchen, cosy living room and dining table leading onto the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. During your stay, you will have access to a shared indoor heated swimming pool making this cottage the perfect option for year round staycations.

For those travelling with larger parties, The Pool House, a neighbouring two bedroom holiday cottage, can be booked in conjunction with Meadow View.

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Things to Note...
The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
Hen and Stag groups are not permitted
Commercial and work related bookings are welcomed. Note there is no dedicated work space
Single sex groups on request
There is a neighbouring holiday let and the owners live in the attached main house
During the Royal International Air Tattoo week (mid July), the owners welcome campers in the neighbouring field
