Luxury accommodation at affordable prices, an easy alternative to hotels. Our apartments at Centrium offer privacy, space and the comforts of home. Set within a private residential development within the town centre of Woking, All apartments are fully furnished and kitchens are fully equipped. Long and short-term bookings available. Suitable for both business and leisure travellers. Apartments are within commutable distance of London and, the South Coast.

The Space:
A spacious two double bedroom with ensuite shower room off the master and a separate family sized bathroom with shower over bath. There is a separate fully integrated kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave & washer/dryer .
Open plan living and dining for 4 people with balcony off the main living space with views of the roof terrace. The bedrooms are a good double size with twin full size ziplocked beds in the guest room when joined becomes a super-king bed. The master bedroom has a double bed. The master also has a flatscreen tv with freeview.

Within the building is a resident's gym and sauna room free for guest use on the understanding that they do so at their own risk. We advise guests to fully familiarise themselves with equipment instruction before use. Supervision or personal instruction is not provided.

Parking for one vehicle onsite. Please note additional charges occur for the one bedroom apartments. Advised to pre-book in advance. We will confirm if a space is available.

Guest Access:
Guests may enter and exit at any time using an entrance fob. The entry points to the building are secured at all times.
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and shared use of the gym and communal areas.

Getting Around:
Woking mainline train station is less than a 2 minute walk from Centrium with fast access to London Waterloo main within 30 minutes that runs every 5 minutes during peak hours. Fast access to the southcoast to towns such as Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Weymouth and Exeter. The M25 motorway is also very closeby taking approx 20 minutes.

Inside the apartment is a guest app where guests can message me, I am also available via Whats App, SMS, mobile and email.

Located in Woking, this apartment is in the city center.
