This property is located between the bustling town of Dumfries and the picture post card large village of Thornhill. Thornhill boasts excellent amenities including an array of shops, great eateries, friendly Inns and an 18 hole golf course. Visit the nearby Ellisland Farm (Home of world famous poet, Robert Burns) and magnificent Drumlanrig Castles and gardens with adventure playground and tea rooms to enjoy. The immediate area is also a paradise for walkers with numerous country trails and forest tracks to explore including the Southern Upland Way. Mountain biker s area also very well catered for with the fantastic 7Stanes within easy reach and fishing is available on the River Nith and surrounding lochs. Continuing down the hall you are then met with the well equipped stylish kitchen. Perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a lovely comfy dining area ideal to enjoy family and romantic meals together. Located off the spacious hall you will find three individually beautifully decorated bedrooms all with lovely countryside views and ample storage space. Two spacious light and bright king size bedrooms and a lovely twin. Finally completing the accommodation is the stylish bathroom, with bath, separate shower cubical and WC. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor there are two steps at the front and back door entrances to the property. Venture outside to the fully enclosed spacious mature garden providing a haven for dogs and children. There is a wonderful patio with seating area, ideal for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing perfect for admiring the stunning valley views. There is ample off road private parking available in front and at the side of the property.
