You are within easy reach of St Andrews, the home of golf and further afield the cities of Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth. If you are lucky you might spot dolphins! Finally completing the accommodation upstairs is the bright bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside you have exclusive use of the spacious, enclosed garden on different levels. There is a patio area with charcoal BBQ and seating, ideal for al fresco dining, relaxing with a coffee or chilled beer or perhaps a wee dram. There is free on street parking available directly adjacent to the property.
