Just 5 miles from this beautiful family home is the quaint village of Kirkmichael where you will find a small village shop perfect for stocking up on supplies for your stay. From the doorstep, you can explore a plethora of walking trails over the hills, moorland and hill lochs and in the nearby villages on Glenisla and Glenshee you can even try your hand at some rock climbing and canoeing at the centres nearby. Blairgowrie is a 20 minute drive away and is a great place to spend the day shopping, enjoying good food and is also home to some beautiful wildlife such as osprey, beavers and swans. At the heart of this mansion house is a beautiful modern kitchen/dining room with a delightful Aga and large oval dining table perfect for mealtimes with all of the party. A light and bright feel fills the traditional and classic rooms of this home, particularly in the sitting room where stunning views can be admired from the bay window whilst relaxing by the open fire.
