Located over two floors, on the ground floor and the first floor of a three storey block, this exclusive maisonette offers stylish accommodation for up to four people and has underfloor heating throughout. The property is accessed by one of two private entrances, with the front door offering telephone style release facility to let guests in. The ground floor features the lounge/diner styled with wood flooring, patio doors and a Smart TV. This floor also offers a separate kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and there is also a separate WC and cloakroom. The first floor features two bedrooms including one double room with TV, Juliet balcony and en suite shower room with WC and one twin room. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath and WC.
