Aynsome Manor Park lies just under a mile from the beautiful village of Cartmel, one of Cumbria s finest villages. Set on the Cartmel Peninsula and surrounded by rolling hills, this lively village is centred on a sunny square where you can gather and sit, or dine in one of the many cosy inns and fine restaurants. Cartmel offers ancient buildings, an impressive medieval priory, a towering arch and a beautiful river as well as the UK s smallest National Hunt racecourse and a local brewery. Beyond the village you can enjoy numerous walks including the Arnside Morecambe Bay Walk or the walk up to Hampsfell. The vibrant town of Kendal is nearby, or you could head to Thirlmere or Grizedale Forest. This is one of a group of adjoining apartments and cottages that flank a small shared courtyard.
