This light and bright family home is within walking distance of the shingle beach at Seasalter, which is ideal for sailing, swimming or a spot of birdwatching at the RSPB nature reserve directly opposite. Just a short drive from the property, is one of Kent s most loved seaside towns: Whitstable, famous for its oysters which are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival and a fantastic place for those who enjoy eating out and sampling the local food. Why not take a bike ride along the seafront, follow the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast to Herne Bay? Nearby is the city of Canterbury, which is home to the country s oldest cathedral. Visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage Site. Head through the front door into the hallway with space for dropping off shoes and coats, and into the light and bright dual aspect lounge/diner which overlooks the garden. Relax on one of the two comfy sofas and enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Family meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for all and after dinner, why not relax in the snug listening to music or get the family together for an evening of playing board games? The kitchen is located at the front of the property and is equipped with everything you may need for whipping up delicious family meals including a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room offers a washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer. The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is a comfortable twin room, with the ground floor being completed with a shower room with a shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find a further three bedrooms: one king size which has an en suite shower room with WC, a double and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, you will find a large fully enclosed garden that acts as a sun trap for most of the day, and which offers a patio table and chairs, and charcoal BBQ. There is private parking for two cars.
