A thirty minute drive will take you to Aldeburgh, which high street boasts a wide selection of independent boutiques, eateries, art galleries and a cinema or why not try award winning fish and chips on the promenade lined by pretty pastel coloured 19th century villas. A little further afield and you can visit the historic city of Bury St Edmunds which is great for sightseeing having the cathedral, museum, and is the perfect place for some retail therapy.
