This cosy cottage is situated right on the beach at Seasalter, with its quiet, shingle beach, it is ideal for sailing, swimming or a spot of birdwatching at the RSPB nature reserve directly opposite. Just a short drive from the property, is one of Kent s most loved seaside towns: Whitstable it s famous for its oysters which are celebrated every July at the Oyster Festival and a fantastic place for those who enjoy eating out and sampling the local food. Why not take a bike ride along the seafront, or follow the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast to Herne Bay. Nearby is the city of Canterbury, which is home to the country s oldest Cathedral. Visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage site. Step inside this property and enter into a hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats, and then head on through into the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with the most fantastic panoramic sea views. French doors open from the lounge area out to a decked area with dining table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for toasting marshmallows whilst star gazing in the evening. A garden gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach. At the front of the property is parking for two cars.
