Overlooking Tenby s Paragon Beach and St Catherine s Island, there are steps just 35 metres opposite the property leading down to the sandy beach with access from there to Castle Beach (300 metres) and South Beach (500 metres). Wander the historic ruins of Tenby Castle (500 metres), learn the tale of the town at the Tudor Merchant s House (150 metres), or simply enjoy the many pubs and restaurants that are within 50 metres of the front door. Make sure you take the kids to the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (11.5 miles) to let off some steam before taking them on a leisurely stroll around Stackpole Park (15.5 miles). Up the three steps into the building and then up a flight of stairs to the front door, you ll step into the open plan living area. Large windows and fresh interiors make it a bright and airy space with comfortable sofas to lounge on in front of the Smart TV. There s also a small table and chair by a window so you can sit and enjoy the view. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need including an electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and there s also a handy washing machine. Eat meals at the stylish dining table that has plenty of room for four. Soft decor and large windows in the double bedroom offer a good night s sleep; there s also plenty of storage for your things. The second bedroom is a cosy twin and also has plenty of storage. The shower room has a coastal theme with pretty whites and blues. Accessed from the open plan living area, there s a small balcony that overlooks the beach. There s also off road gated parking for one car.
