This part of Carmarthenshire is famed for its great outdoors and fantastic scenery. This property is set in 60 acres of countryside on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and is a few minutes walk from the Crychan Forest which has a variety of picnic sites, bridleways, walking, running and cycling trails. Within a short drive from the property, many other cycling and walking routes can be found including Cwm Rhaeadr, the famous Tywi Valley, Gap Mountain Bike and Elan Valley Trails to name but a few. Beset with beautiful landscape views and wildlife hotspots including the beautiful Red Kites, photographers will be delighted by the location of this property. Mountain bike options include the Coed Trallwmn Mountain Bike and Visitor Centre among many. The nearby villages offer a Land Rover course, clay pigeon shooting and Llanwrtyd Wells, a short drive, holds such events as the Man Versus Horse race and even bog snorkelling. Heading outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn and patio area embracing the uninterrupted views and surrounding countryside with a garden table and chairs to sit and relax at whilst planning the next day activities.
