A beautiful, detached property located in a charming village with use of a BBQ hut. This delightful property, set within 3 acres, with a gentle unfenced stream bordering the land, makes the perfect base for touring the area. Enjoy lovely walks along country lanes, or to the village inn which is a 5 minute stroll away and offers a range of good food. There is much to see and do in the area, including shopping at the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village, which is a 10 minute drive, the Cotswolds with its picturesque villages, Warwick Castle, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Silverstone, Henley for its regatta, Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Hotel, Golf Club and Spa are also only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. In the evenings, enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn, see the resident alpaca, Wallace, in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. This cosy converted barn is super stylish and offers one double bedroom with a four poster bed (reached by a staircase from the lounge), with en suite shower room and WC (concealed entrance to the en suite through the wardrobe). The lounge/kitchen is open plan with flatscreen 40" TV with DVD and Freeview. The kitchen area has an integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside, guests are invited to enjoy the generous, shared enclosed gardens, with a hot tub and stream. Use of a BBQ hut is also available. There is even a kennel facility available on site.
