This property is located in the medieval market town of Wainfleet All Saints. The town is just a short stroll from the property and has a supermarket, butchers, grocers, a couple of local pubs and a traditional fish and chip shop. It s ideal for picking up small essentials or grabbing a bite to eat on nights you don t fancy cooking. Skegness Beach is a short drive away and offers a fun day by the seaside for all the family. The ever popular beach boasts donkey rides, surfing lessons, crazy golf, a fantastic pier complete with rides and much more, and is definitely worth a visit. Step into the hallway, pop your coat and shoes off and wander into the lounge which is bright and airy and furnished with comfy sofas and bean bags, all in front of the smart TV. Head on through to the games room which offers an air hockey table, great for some competitive family fun. The kitchen/diner offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal such as electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Come together around the central farmhouse dining table and plan the days' activities ahead. The ground floor also benefits from a useful WC. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a master king size bedroom with an additional day bed, great for little ones if needed. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with hot tub. There is outdoor seating and a BBQ to enjoy summer evenings relaxing outside with good company. The property offers on road parking, subject to availability.
