Visit the fishing harbour of Newlyn (10 miles) or stroll along the South West Coast Path. Enter through the communal entrance hall, heading up the staircase to the second floor. Step into the light and welcoming hallway with doors to all rooms. From here to your right is the stylish shower room with shower and WC. The king size bedroom and twin zip and link (which can be made up as a super king size on request) are beautifully furnished with tasteful interiors and plenty of space. Heading to the far end of the hallway, you ll find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with simply breathtaking views across St Ives Harbour and out onto the bay. Equipped with everything you will need including electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, create a feast for all the family after a day on the beach or exploring the streets of St Ives. Enjoy a lazy breakfast at the dining table whilst planning your day ahead if you can take your eyes away from that superb backdrop. Cosy up in the lounge area on the comfy sofa or one of the armchairs and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, listen to the Bose sound system or relax and read a good book. There is no outside space with this property. Short and long stay, pay and display car parks are less than 0.5 miles away.
