Whinlatter Forest with its fantastic bike tracks and walks is less than 5 miles away. Or why not walk down to the Theatre by the Lake (1 mile) and enjoy a talk or film? The property benefits from underfloor heating and has been finished to a high standard throughout from lovely oak internal doors to contemporary styling and lots of local photos which have been taken by the owner himself. There is private parking for one car and although there is no private garden, you are just a short walk from Fitz Park where there is an abundance of open space and seating so you can sit out and enjoy the views over Skiddaw.
