Mealtimes at the dining table provide spectacular views and on warm evenings open the doors to the balcony to enjoy your meals. When it comes to sleeping, there are two double bedrooms, the first of which has an en suite shower room, with the second double bedroom and family bathroom completing the apartment. Outside, the large balcony has fantastic views of the South Beach with a table and chairs just perfect for al fresco dining whilst listening to the sound of the sea on a summer's day. There is off road parking for one car, and a shop and pub within 0.5 miles, as well as a restaurant and beach within just 20 metres.
