The beautifully rugged beach at Northcott Mouth offers sand and fun for all ages and the nearby wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve has some lovely wildlife and scenery. Further white sandy beaches and a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre, swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops and cafes, can be found in Bude less than 2 miles away. There are many walks direct from the property with great public footpath access, and Bude itself can be reached by foot by road or via the public footpath. This is also a great location for touring and days out can include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project and numerous National Trust properties. Step inside this truly stunning property and you will immediately find yourself in the spacious entrance hall with the fabulous feature of a wood burner.
