Enjoy stunning coastal scenery as you follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to reach Giltar Point to the south or the neighbouring seaside resort of Saundersfoot to the north. Tenby itself is home to ancient cobbled streets lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and galleries, offering something for everyone. This spectacular modern apartment is flooded with natural light through a large original bay and several sash windows boasting panoramaic views of Tenby harbour, North beach and Carmarthen Bay. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a spacious and sociable space in which to spend quality time. Prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen, which provides plenty of storage space and is fitted with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. Dine at the kitchen table before settling in for a cosy evening in front of the smart TV. Two armchairs sit in the impressive bay window, creating a pleasant vantage point from which to watch the harbourside activity with a cup of coffee in the mornings. This apartment has two bedrooms, one king size with en suite shower room and one twin. There is an additional bathroom with shower over the bath. Directly beneath, by lift or stairs, is a large double length private garage with full laundry facilities including a butler sink for sandy beach gear and feet. There are drying racks for wet clothes and space for bikes, boards and beach equipment. There is also a coat and boot rack for wet and sandy outdoor gear. A walled town access permit is provided for one car.
