The village itself is less than half a mile along the lanes and is well served by a local pub, tearooms, post office and local store. Further amenities can be found at Combe Martin and Ilfracombe, offering a diverse range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Country and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all within a short drive. Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor Zoo, National Trust Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Approached by a shared driveway, this converted barn adjoins the owners property and sits in an elevated position overlooking the Sterridge Valley. Entering the property, you will be greet by the open plan hallway, lounge and kitchen area. The well stocked kitchen offers an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a dining table that seats 6 people. There is access from here directly onto the swimming pool area, where you can enjoy stunning views across the valley. Moving further into the property, there is a ground floor bedroom with an en suite shower room with WC. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, 1 super king size and 1 twin with a family bathroom. Outside is a large garden with extensive lawn areas and terrace with seating and BBQ. The outdoor swimming pool is heated by solar and a heat pump (available Whitsun week 17th September). There tis also a tennis court and AstroTurf football pitch, available for guests to use anytime.
