The Norfolk Broads, famous for its vast and scenic waterways, can be explored by day boat hire and is popular with walkers, anglers and wildlife lovers, or simply those who enjoy a day on the water with rivers flowing through beautiful countryside and landscapes. The unspoiled villages and market towns give the adults a place to sample local food and beer while family days out are plentiful with the North Norfolk coast within easy reach and various historic buildings, theme parks and wildlife centres also close by. Upon entering the single storey cottage, which is set within the grounds of the village pub, you will immediately notice the delightful full height vaulted ceiling which continues throughout the property, giving a fantastic sense of light. As you arrive into the impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the layout is ideal for enjoying quality time in the company of loved ones. In the lounge area, relax after a busy day and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV while food is being prepared in the kitchen area. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Gather around the dining table and enjoy a home cooked meal while planning your days ahead. There are two double bedrooms and one king size, all three with a Smart TV and an en suite shower room each, with shower and WC. For those who enjoy relaxing outside, the cottage has an enclosed garden with garden furniture which offers al fresco dining opportunities. There is also off road parking for three cars.
