The apartment boasts a wonderful location, with an array of pubs, independent shops, and a restored watermill all within a short walk. This is the perfect base to enjoy both a relaxed or active break away, as there is a wealth of activities all within easy reach such as walking, mountain biking, kayaking and horse riding. A short drive away from the apartment you will find a selection of market towns to explore and enjoy such as Crickhowell, Brecon and Hay on Wye, which is ever popular for being the town of books. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you enter the character hallway, you will climb the stairs to reach this first floor split level apartment. As you open the front door and make your way along the corridor you will enter the lounge/diner which has been tastefully decorated and is a cosy, social space to enjoy with family or friends. With a comfy sofa (that can convert into a double sofa bed) and a Smart TV with Netflix, making this is the perfect space to unwind and relax. There is also a compact formal dining area, to enjoy a meal together if you choose to eat in. Leading off the dining area and down a few steps, you will reach the kitchen which comes fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Climb back up the stairs and out of the lounge into the hallway and you will find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. To complete the apartment, you will find the master double bedroom with lots of attention to detail and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good nights rest. Roadside parking subject to availability. However, there is a free all year round public car park within a short walk of the property.
