This inviting property is situated within a short walk of this friendly seaside town s beach, harbour and amenities. People travel from afar to dine in the seafood restaurants and cafes, and browse the independent shops on the award winning high street. The arts and crafts pods by the marina are perfect for gifts. From the pier, watch the fishing boats bring back their catch to the bustling harbour. Stroll along the River Coquet to visit nearby Warkworth village, its medieval castle and stunning beach. Take a boat trip out to the RSPB designated site at Coquet Island and you even may spot dolphins offshore from time to time. Visit Alnwick Castle and Gardens and beautiful Alnmouth beach too. Enter into the hallway and head straight into the light and airy open plan kitchen/diner. You have everything you need to prepare your meals with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Sit together at the large dining table and enjoy the sea views from the window; there is a Smart TV to keep the cook and family entertained too. Head through to a hallway where you will find the utility area with a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The ground floor bedroom is off this hallway with a king size bed and built in wardrobes so you can unpack your things and relax. There is a Jack and Jill en suite shower room with a shower and WC which can also be accessed from the hallway. The rear door from the utility area leads out to the enclosed garden. Head upstairs to find the bright lounge on the first floor with beautiful oak flooring and a lovely feature fireplace. Relax on the comfortable furniture and watch a programme on the Smart TV after a busy day exploring the area. Or cosy up in front of the cosy wood burner with your cocoa before bedtime. There are dual aspect windows in the lounge and excellent sea views so you can unwind and take the time to watch the sun setting. The twin bedroom is also located on this floor along with a useful Jack and Jill shower room with a shower and WC. The two further bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master king size bedroom offers picturesque sea views and there is a Smart TV so you can enjoy an early night or have a lie in with a cup of tea away from it all. The twin bedroom has built in storage for your things and both bedrooms on this floor have access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a free standing, roll top bath, a separate shower and WC. Outside, the enclosed, rear garden is laid with gravel and gets the sun all afternoon, perfect for al fresco dining with everyone able to sit at the large table. Parking is on street in front of the house, plus there is additional free parking nearby.
