There is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you first meet with a comfortable seating area with Smart TV. Followed by three bedrooms, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and en suite Jack and Jill style shower room with shower and WC, that can also be accessed from the hall. Continuing back through the hall you will find a lovely double and finally completing the accommodation is the pretty king size bedroom. Venturing outside to the enclosed garden there is a fantastic private wood fired hot tub to enjoy and a seating area with charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is off road private parking available for three cars directly in front of the property.
