This lovingly restored villa has a private garden and views towards White Loch. Family or friends will love this location; it is perfect for keen bikers, golfers and sailing enthusiasts and those who just want to switch off and get away from reality. Known as The Secret Coast , there is a pottery studio and a farm shop close by and as well as nearby coastal paths and there is a lovely forest walk from Colvend to Dalbeattie which is worth exploring. As you enter the cottage, you will find a large, bright open plan lounge/kitchen with wood burner and comfy seating; this is a fabulous social space in which to relax and catch up. There is a more formal lounge off the kitchen area which has views towards White Loch, as well as a Smart TV and and wood burner effect electric fire. The kitchen is made even brighter with the large roof skylights and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, on the mid landing you will find a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. On the first floor there is a king size bedroom with dual aspect windows offering views over the open countryside and garden. Also on this floor is a small shower room with shower and WC and a pretty twin bedroom with views over towards the loch. Outside, there is an enclosed tiered garden with a lawn and patio area; it is a peaceful place to sit out, read a book and relax. Lockable bike and golf club storage is available. There is private parking to the front of the house on the gated drive for two cars.
