Caledon is a detached 3-bedroom holiday bungalow in a peaceful yet central location in the popular town of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. Up to 6 guests can stay here and dogs are welcome. There’s plenty of space to relax here, with all rooms laid out on the ground floor.

The open-plan lounge and dining area is spacious with comfortable furniture including a sofa and armchairs, with a large smart TV to keep everyone entertained. A dining table seats up to 6 guests for meals together.

Self-catering is easy with the well-equipped kitchen, which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchenware you’ll need. For more casual meals there’s a breakfast bar, and a dishwasher is also provided to make cleaning up easy.

Caledon has three bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, one with a double bed, and one with bunk beds as well as an additional single bed. Plenty of clothing storage space is provided in each room, such as wardrobes and chests of drawers. There’s also a family shower room with a double shower, and for added convenience a utility room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board.

Outside is a spacious child- and dog-friendly garden featuring a patio area with outdoor furniture, including a picnic table and chairs. This can be accessed through a patio door from the lounge.

With an enviable central location in the popular town of Aviemore, as well as easy access to all the attractions and activities on offer in the Cairngorms National Park, Caledon is the ideal home base for an unforgettable holiday in Scotland.
