Cwmcynwyn Farm Barn, Brecon

Brecon Beacons. Sleeps up to 14

Cwmcynwyn Farm Barn is is a wonderful location, especially for walkers with the most stunning view, this is one of the highest sheep farms in the Brecon Beacons and very close to the Peaks of the Brecon Beacons. Footpaths and the old Roman Road lead directly from the farm straight up to Pen-y-fan, Corn Ddu and Cribyn the Peaks of the Beacons.

Dating from the 17th century the barn has great oak beams, some lovely stone work and as many original features as possible having been retained. The barn has been restored with great care and attention into a warm, welcoming and fun place for a group of friends to stay for a "walking or activity weekend", a family re-union or or for a holiday in a beautiful peaceful environment with waterfalls, streams, woodlands and grazing sheep on the farm; there is pony trekking in Cantref Adventure Farm.

It is only a 10 minute drive down the hill to Brecon; mountain bikes can be hired locally and delivered to the farm.

Elsewhere on the farm there is a field for camping if there are extra people in your party.
