A very spacious and luxurious family holiday house to sleep 10 people with a Hot Tub and marvelous views across The Usk Valley in the Brecon Beacons National Park. There is walking directly up onto the mountainside behind the house.

Accommodation

Sleeps 8/10 - 5 Bedrooms

A great kitchen with everything you could want ? a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge and freezer, Delongi coffee machine etc. Kitchen table and chairs.

Utility room with a washer/dryer.

Downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and handbasin.

Back door out to the terrace and the area with the Hot Tub and reclining chairs.

A "snug" with a Smart TV, sofas and a Play Station with a great selection of games.

A dining room with long table.

Very large sitting room with fabulous views across the Usk Valley, sofas and chairs a large wall mounted TV and doors out to the garden.

The double sized garage has been converted to a very large space with masses of safe bike storage, a pool table, dart board, table football and an Alexa music system.

Upstairs to 5 bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: with double aspect, a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with hand basin & toilet.

Bedroom 2: A bedroom with a single bed but with a spare bed that could either make two single full-size beds.

Bedroom 3: A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, hand basin and toilet

Bedroom 4: A bedroom with a double bed and views across the valley

Bedroom 5: Twin beds

Family Bathroom: A spacious room with a shower over a roll top bath hand basin and toilet.

Outside the house there is a wide driveway with parking for several cars.

There is a garden surrounding the house with the side park being fenced ? but probably not securely enough to contain a dog.

Behind the house, up a few steps and in a private corner but sharing the views there is a luxurious Hot Tub ? the perfect place to spend an evening after a busy day with friends and family.

Spring Bank is in Bwlch, a wonderful place to stay tucked away at the end of a no-through road; easy walks to the local award-winning pub (The New Inn) it is always popular and busy so always book if you want to eat there. There is also a village shop and a post office and a Little Diner for a quick lunch with children.

Bwlch is midway between Brecon and Crickhowell 10 miles to Brecon and 10 miles to Crickhowell ? it was once a coaching stop in the days of horses. This is a very easy place to stay to be able to reach all parts of The Brecon Beacons National Park and The Black Mountains. Llangorse Lake is five minutes' drive away. Within a few minutes' drive to Llangynidr Village, The River Usk and the Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal. There are two pubs down in Llangynidr village and ca couple of shops and a busy and popular caf?.

Abergavenny is an interesting market town and has the closest railway station. It is very easy to reach The Welsh Valleys by taking the scenic drive over Llangynidr Mountain. So easy to reach Ebbw Vale, Bargoed, Cardiff, Newport and Swansea.
