A very comfortable and convenient place to stay, close to the centre of Abergavenny. The house is in a quiet residential area within very easy reach of the train station and bus station and a few minutes walk to the highstreet with local shops and supermarkets.

Front sitting room - with sofas and TV.

Kitchen - newly fitted and well equipped with fridge, washing machine, electric oven and hob. The backdoor leads out to the garden.

Large living room /dining area - with patio doors leading out to patio and garden. Spacious with sofas, Smart TV with Freeview, Amazon Fire, Chrome Cast and DVD, electric fire.

Dining room with dining table seating for 5/6 and dresser.

Living room with sofa and chairs, TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Small room with armchairs, ideal for a quiet reading room - contains a boot cupboard and freezer.
