This beautiful stone lodge is in a tucked away position surrounded by its own private mature garden, near to the owner’s house, yet just a 2-minute stroll to the lively village of Kilmuckridge with its traditional pubs, restaurants and coffee shop.

Less than 2 miles away lies the stunning award winning beach of Morriscastle known as the ’Golden Mile’ due to its long stretch of unbroken, soft, golden sand that connects Cahore all the way to Raven Point. The area is popular with swimmers, walkers, horse riders, golfers and anglers alike.

Ballygarran Lodge is exquisitely furnished and spacious inside, finished to a high standard throughout. An elegant living room leads to a bright sunroom which opens onto a delightful south facing patio ideal for al fresco dining.

Kilmuckridge makes an ideal base from which to explore the towns of Wexford, Gorey and Enniscorthy, as well as the historic villages of Blackwater, Curracloe, Boolavogue and Cahore, all of these within a leisurely 30-minute drive. There is a wildlife reserve near Curracloe, where a part of ‘Saving Private Ryan’ was filmed on Ballinesker Beach, and at nearby Courtown, an Adventure Leisure Centre which includes a high octane Gravity Xtreme high rope adventure park! All in all, a wonderful base. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.. Approximate distance to Dublin airport is 63 miles.
