Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed and door leading to garden.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
First Floor:
Living/dining room: With open fire, 31" Freeview TV, DVD player, beams, wooden floor and French doors leading to balcony.
Bedroom 4: With double bed, wooden floor, sloping ceiling and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.. Bed linen and towels included. Oil central heating and electricity by meter reading. Initial fuel for open fire included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Balcony. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step to the patio.. Located on the edge of the pretty little village of Waterville, this detached holiday home makes a fantastic base to discover all the wonderful beaches, coves and harbours of this part of Kerry. With a large living room on the first floor and a double height, attractive kitchen, this spacious and airy house offers a great living space. Spend some time on the golden sands of Derrynane beach or Ballinskelligs Bay, both 8 miles away, or take a stroll or hike on the Kerry Way walking route, which meanders through mountains, woods and streams. Take a boat trip to the incredible Skellig Islands, an early Christian monastic settlement and more recently featuring in the ’Star Wars’ movies. Waterville is also home to two excellent golf courses and has great lake angling. On the Wild Atlantic Way, Waterville makes a good base for some day trips, such as Killarney National Park or the Dingle Peninsula. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.. Approximate distance to Kerry airport is 69 km.
