A quiet and sleepy little village for most of the year, Caherdaniel springs to life in the summer months. Set on the main road in the village, you will find Derrynane House and Derrynane Beach just 1½ miles from the house. Here you can enjoy sea sports, horse riding, fishing or strolling through the lush gardens or along the golden sands. The Kerry Way trail, which meanders through woods and glades, offers incredible coastal views and is at your doorstep. Enjoy traditional music sessions in the nearby bar which also serves good food. Further afield is Killarney National Park with its breathtaking lakes and mountains, the beautiful Dingle Peninsula or take a boat trip to the incredible Skellig Islands. Beach 1½ miles. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 180 yards. . Approximate distance to Kerry airport is 83 km.
